Mission Accomplished

One of my true favorites since the beginning of
the boogaloo.
First let me tell you about one half of the TnT and
that is Tito Ramos the english vocal stylist. I first
heard him as the singer of Boogaloo Blues with
Señor Colón. He flipped me out then, and he's still
a big flip, a big goof, he's gone, he's crazy, he's nuts.
When you people go to a dance where TnT is play-
ing i'll bet you think Tito is putting on a special show,
but he's not. He's just one of those artists that come
along once in a decade and leaves his mark.
Man he was sick when he sang "Mr. Slick" but still
the people loved him and the record enough to make
it one of the big hits of 1968.
Tito is twenty one years of age and i predict before
he reaches twenty two he will be amongst the top
vocalists for many years to come, for one reason
only and that reason is "Soul".
Tony Rojas the other member of the TnT band is
the real leader, the hustler, the sonofagun that
makes the wheels turn for the band. He's the or-
ganizer that says "let's go". If Tony doesn't do it
nobody will because Tito is a good and nothing is
serious to him.
Tony does all the latin vocals and does a good job
on them... Borinquén Bella from their first album is
a good example of Tony's prowess as a typical
vocalist.
Tony is also the same age as Tito and is very
prolific as a song writer. Between Tito and Tony you
have a real good looking duet in front of a band
singing their hearts out for you. In this album there
are the least six hits that you will love and the rest
will be songs that you will enjoy anyway.
The biggest fans that TnT Band have are young
girls and young ladies and no wonder why. Anyone
can see Tito or Tony strolling down Broadway almost
every day in the week. When you see them coming
with their chicks you say, Man they're georgous
When you see them going back home they are with
two other chicks who are twice as great as the ones
before. Man how do they do it. Did you ever see how
many foxy ones go around the bandstand when
they're on. Forget it man, go to a dance and see for
yourself.

P. S. They promised to introduce me to some of their
chicks for a year and they still haven't come through.
